Wine-making process: after picking, grapes are immediately crushed and destemmed and left to macerate naturally in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks and for 12 months in oak barrels (20 hl capacity). |
Tasting notes: full intense, ruby red colour; red berries and balsamic notes to the nose; graceful rusticity, warm and powerful taste. |
